This product will add on the extra books to the order that you made backing the latest Eden Book Society Kickstarter. It is the two books that were added to the campaign when we passed the £40,000 stretch goal. These books will be added to your Kickstarter order when rewards are fulfilled in 2026.

Please do not order this product if you have not backed the Kickstarter. The product is set as a virtual product so as to not apply shipping costs in addition to Kickstarter shipping costs.

The authors behind these pen names are Alex Pheby and Kylie Whitehead.

Kylie Whitehead is a writer based in London, UK. Her debut, Absorbed is a darkly comic novel of female insecurity, body horror and modern relationships, in the tradition of Naomi Booth and Otessa Moshfegh.

Alex Pheby was born in Essex and moved to Worcester in his early childhood. He currently lives with his wife and children in London, where he teaches at the University of Greenwich. Alex’s second novel, Playthings, published by Galley Beggar Press in 2015, was shortlisted for the 2016 Wellcome Book Prize. His third novel, Lucia, published in 2018, went on to be the joint winner of the 2019 Republic of Consciousness Prize. Alex’s fourth novel, Mordew – the first in an epic fantasy trilogy – was published by Galley Beggar in August 2020.
