A Local Bookshop With Big Ideas

The Dead Ink Bookshop is a small community minded bookshop on Smithdown Road in Liverpool. Our focus is on stocking books by independent publishers just like ourselves – fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and children’s books!

Our publishing office is based in the same building (just behind the counter in fact) and our aim is to open up the industry to those in our local area through events, workshops, and training.

As well as shining a spotlight on independent publishers we have tried to work with other independent brands where possible so you know that by shopping with us you are supporting creativity, small businesses, and ethical practices.
