Dead Ink Books is an independent literary publisher based in Liverpool, UK. References to "we", "us", and "our" throughout these terms refer to Dead Ink Books. Our registered address and company details are available on request.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order. We do not store your full payment details — all transactions are handled by our payment provider.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the site. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales shown on the relevant product page or at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — occasional delays may occur due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

Authors retain copyright in their own works. Publication rights are held by Dead Ink Books in accordance with individual publishing agreements.
