Shipping information

We pack and ship all orders from Liverpool. We take care with every parcel — books deserve to arrive in good shape.

UK delivery

Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 working days.

International delivery

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged upon arrival in your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered titles will dispatch on or around the publication date shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the entire order and ship together unless you contact us to arrange otherwise.

Order tracking

Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Standard UK 2nd class orders are not tracked — if you'd prefer tracking, please select the first class option at checkout.

Dispatch times and delays

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods — launches, festival seasons, end of year — dispatch times may extend slightly. We'll always let you know if there's an unusual delay affecting your order.

Something gone wrong?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please get in touch. For lost parcels, we ask that you allow a little extra time before we investigate — Royal Mail ask us to wait 10 working days for UK orders and 20 working days for international before raising a claim.
